When is a deposit required?

Customers with a history of cancellations
Orders shipped to Sinai, Red Sea, North Coast, Matrouh, or Upper Egypt
The deposit is fully refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
